🔇 Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours:

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No loud music, parties, shouting, or excessive noise during these hours.

👥 Visitor Policy

Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.

Visitors or extra overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed.

🚪 Doors & Windows

For your security:

• Always lock the main door when leaving the property.
• Close all windows when leaving the apartment.
• Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

❄️ Air Conditioning

Please use air conditioning responsibly:

• Turn off the AC when leaving the property.
• Keep doors and windows closed while AC is running.
• Do not set the temperature excessively low.

Balcony Door Rule

The balcony door must remain closed whenever the main entrance door is open.

This helps maintain airflow balance, protects the AC system, and prevents insects from entering the property.

🧹 Keep the Home Comfortable

Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming space:

• Do not bring excessive sand inside from the beach.
• Shake towels and beach items outside before entering.
• Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
• Treat the home with care as if it were your own.
