To help us prepare the apartment for our next guests, we kindly ask you to complete the following check-out steps before your departure:

1. Check-Out Time

Please complete check-out by 11:00 AM, unless a different time has been previously arranged.

2. Personal Belongings

Before leaving, please make sure you have collected all personal belongings, including chargers, passports, clothing, and valuables.

Please double-check drawers, closets, bathrooms, and under beds to ensure nothing is left behind.

3. Leave the Apartment Tidy

No deep cleaning is necessary — this is your vacation.

However, we kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a clean and respectful condition for our housekeeping team.

Please:

Place used towels in the bathroom area
Dispose of trash properly
Wash or rinse used dishes
Leave furniture and decorations in their original place

4. Turn Off Utilities

Before departing, please turn off:

Air conditioning
Lights
Television
Small appliances not in use

This helps us conserve energy and care for our environment.

5. Close & Lock

For security, please make sure:

All windows are closed
Balcony doors are securely shut
The main entrance door is locked upon departure
